If you need to cancel your reservation, you can get a 100%  refund if you do it up to

 24 hours after booking is accepted, 100% refund up to 30 days before check in. 50% refund until 7 days before check in.   

We understand that plans can change, and we want to make sure you have flexibility when booking with us.
